A simulation of a product-service is introduced to a potential user by a third party playing the part of the provider of the solution and stimulating a richer triangular interaction controlled by a facilitator.
Scenarios of 6 multi-services local centres where investigated and developed for the Sustainable Everyday exhibition with users in Chicago, Hong-Kong, Milan and Brussels using this triangular interaction protocol on-line.
