GIGABYTE has officially launched its new AI TOP ATOM, based on the NVIDIA DGX Spark system design for on-premise AI development, squeezed into a desktop-friendly box.
The Grace Blackwell GB10 Superchip is what is behind its power, alongside the 128GB unified system memory and up to 4TB SSD storage to push up to 1 petaFLOPs of AI compute rated for models as large as 200 billion parameters. If you need more muscle, you can even link two units together and scale up to 405 billion parameters, which is wild for something that still fits into a compact chassis.
On the software side, it taps into the NVIDIA AI stack to cover everything from tools to frameworks, and GIGABYTE adds its own AI TOP Utility on top. That utility gives you a clean, user-friendly interface for fine-tuning, running inference, and deploying across LLMs, multimodal models, and general ML workloads.
