LIAN LI has officially pushed the new RB Series power supply units (PSUs) globally for sale, offering 550W, 650W, and 750W options with 80 PLUS Bronze certification for up to 85% efficiency.
Despite its budget-oriented core specs, LIAN LI made sure to streamline the building process even in this category of products by including Velcro straps around the unit so that users can neatly secure excess cables along the PSU housing. Its semi-modular layout allows users to connect only the necessary SATA and peripheral cables, helping maintain a tidy, airflow-friendly build.
The 650W and 750W variants are fully compliant with Intel’s ATX 3.1 standard and come equipped with a native PCIe Gen 5.1 12V-2×6 connector capable of supplying up to 450W, ensuring support for modern and upcoming GPUs. The 750W model also includes an additional 12V-2×6 to PCIe 6+2-pin cable for multi-GPU or high-end AMD setups. Internally, a single high-amperage +12V rail and a DC-to-DC conversion design enhance voltage stability and overall power quality, keeping systems running smoothly under load.
For cooling, it uses a quiet 135mm fluid dynamic bearing fan that maintains efficient airflow while keeping noise levels between 33.2 dBA and 40.1 dBA, while it can sustain continuous operation at ambient temperatures up to 40°C and includes built-in protections like OPP, OVP, SCP, OCP, UVP, and OTP for extra reliability.
