ASUS IoT has launched the APC-125U series, marking its first entry into the APC lineup of industrial panel PCs. Designed with an ultra-slim, fanless form factor and an IP66-rated flat front, the new series is powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 125U processors with built-in NPU to handle demanding industrial HMI, MES, and control applications.
Built for smarter industrial performance, the Core Ultra 5 processor also comes with the Intel Arc Xe-LPG iGPU is capable of providing up to 50% improved graphics performance. This ensures smoother real-time visualization and faster interface response, while its energy-efficient design cuts power consumption by up to 20% is also a pretty good aspect for continuous 24/7 operation in critical environments.
Connectivity is another strong suit via the 4x LAN ports, including two being 2.5GbE for bandwidth-heavy tasks like machine vision and real-time monitoring, alongside 6x USB and 2x COM ports for device integration. Dual M.2 slots (B-key and E-key) support ASUS IoT’s modular I/O expansion, offering flexibility and scalability for evolving industrial requirements.
Despite its industrial-grade capabilities, the APC-125U maintains a compact profile, measuring only around 50mm deep with ultra-narrow 22mm bezel wrapping the 15-, 17-, and 21.5-inch touchscreen options across 4:3 and 16:9 formats. Its rugged aluminum chassis and IP66-rated front panel make it resistant to dust and water, ensuring durability in harsh and humid environments.
