Last week, Acer Malaysia announced a range of Predator products alongside the new Connect M6E for the local market.

Predator Triton 14 AI (2)

First, we have the Predator Triton 14 AI that strikes the balance between performance and portability with its 1.6kg, 11mm thin chassis packing an Intel Core Ultra 9 288V chip and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU running at 110W.

The screen is also nice since it is a WQXGA+ OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 that is also Calman verified. As a gaming device, it has 120Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time. Additionally, it also supports touch input, which pairs nicely with the large haptic Corning Gorilla Glass touchpad that works with a stylus offering 4,096 pressure levels. Under the palm rest, Acer’s Predator VOX speaker system helps keep audio clear even at higher volumes.

Thermals got special attention here too, with the graphene TIM boosting thermal efficiency by 14.5%, while dual 6th-gen AeroBlade 3D metal fans and the Vortex Flow system help push 20% more airflow compared to plastic fans. Memory-wise, you’re looking at 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 2 TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD

Predator Orion 3000 (3)

Next is the Predator Orion 3000 (PO3-665) rocking an Intel Core i5-14400F / i7-14700F together with an RTX 5060, up to 32GB DDR4 RAM, up to 2TB PCIe SSD and another 2TB HDD.

The chassis has tempered glass side panels and mesh ventilation, while 120 mm RGB fans at the front and back keep things cool and add some visual flair. And also that front side though.

Predator XB323QU P (2)

On the display side, the new Predator XB323QU P gaming monitor offers a 31.5-inch WQHD panel running at 180Hz with response times as low as 0.5ms. It supports AMD FreeSync, hits 99% of the sRGB gamut, and includes HDR10, making it a good fit for both gaming and creative tasks.

Acer Connect M6E

Rounding up the list is the Connect M6E 5G Mobile WiFi, which is a lightweight mobile router you can toss into your bag whether you’re working from a café or hopping between countries, and the whole idea is to give you stable, secure connectivity wherever you go.

With 28 hours of battery life, you can stream, work, game, or tether multiple devices through a full day without constantly reaching for a charger. And when you do need to top up, the 8,000 mAh battery supports fast charging over USB-C. Pairing is also pretty convenient thanks to the built-in touchscreen and NFC tap-to-connect feature for Android devices.

Under the hood, the Connect M6E supports hotspot sharing for up to 20 devices using 2×2 MIMO and the Wi-Fi 6E 6GHz band, so even a small team can use it without slowing everything down. For frequent travelers, the triple compatibility with nano SIM, eSIM, and virtual SIM via SignalScan makes switching networks painless, offering coverage in more than 135 countries without physically swapping SIM cards.

The device also comes with WPA3 encryption, firewall protection, SIM lock, and VPN support. It’s also surprisingly rugged for something this portable, meeting MIL-STD 810H durability standards and carrying an IP68 rating against dust and water. And despite all that, it stays under 300 grams with a clean, minimalist design.
