MONTECH is rolling out its new NX600 and NX600 ARGB air coolers, and the whole pitch is basically about getting top-tier cooling without blowing your budget. The company is targeting builders who want strong thermal performance, a clean modern design, and straightforward compatibility, and it’s doing that with a dual-tower setup that punches well above its price point.
At the center of the design is a 52×2 fin structure stretched across two towers, giving the coolers a lot of surface area to dissipate heat while still keeping airflow smooth and consistent under load. Montech is also giving the series a more refined look with a top cover that mixes striped detailing and translucent accents, so it fits right in whether you’re building something flashy with RGB or something more low-key.
Cooling power comes from the company’s E28 fans. The ARGB version gets a pair of E28 ARGB 120 mm fans for both performance and lighting, while the standard NX600 sticks to two E28 PWM fans for those who prefer a cleaner aesthetic. Both versions use six copper heatpipes and a precision-soldered copper base to move heat quickly from the CPU to the fins, making the coolers suitable for high-TDP chips.
Compatibility shouldn’t be an issue either, with support for Intel LGA115X, 1200, 1700, and the newer 1851 sockets, as well as AMD’s AM4 and AM5 platforms.
