Delta Electronics is putting the spotlight on the future of smart and sustainable buildings at MARVEX 2025, bringing a portfolio of automation solutions designed to boost energy efficiency, improve air quality, and make building operations smarter for both new and retrofit projects.

At the show, Delta is presenting its LOYTEC and Delta Controls Building Management Systems, the Intelligent Community Management System (iCMS), the UNO Indoor Air Quality Monitoring solution, and VORTEX, its AI-driven cloud security platform. These tools are built to help building owners and managers create spaces that are healthier, more efficient, and resilient in the long run.

Some of the standout solutions on display include the LOYTEC LROC-800 Room Controller, which simplifies installation with Bluetooth Mesh and enables demand-driven energy optimization; Delta Controls’ Red5 paired with the enteliWEB platform, which centralizes HVAC, lighting, shading, and security into a single intuitive interface; and the iCMS platform, which unifies energy, security, and traffic analytics while applying Delta’s Energy Baseline model to drive smarter conservation.

On top of that, the UNO Indoor Air Quality Monitoring solution ensures compliance with RESET, WELL, and LEED standards, while VORTEX AI Surveillance strengthens safety with real-time video intelligence.

Jimmy Wan, Country Manager for Delta Electronics Singapore & Malaysia, summed it up by saying that the buildings of the future will be intelligent, adaptable, and sustainable, and that Delta’s open-integration, data-driven automation portfolio is designed to deliver higher efficiency, healthier environments, and long-term resilience while supporting ESG goals.

They are also running a Power Talk session themed “Upcycle Your Space: Smart Automation for a Sustainable Built Environment,” showing how retrofitting with LOYTEC automation can transform existing facilities into high-performing, energy-efficient spaces. This ties directly into Delta’s wider sustainability commitments, including sourcing 100% renewable electricity by 2030 under RE100 and achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.

MARVEX 2025 is happening at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from September 9 to 12, and visitors can find Delta at Booth 4D397, Hall 4 to explore how its innovations are shaping greener, smarter buildings.
