ASUS Malaysia has introduced two new additions to its business lineup, the ExpertBook PM3 Series laptops and the ExpertCenter P500SV desktop, which are aimed at enterprises, government, and modern organizations looking for AI-driven performance, enterprise-grade security, and rugged design.
The ExpertBook PM3 comes in 14-inch (PM3406) and 16-inch (PM3606) variants, weighing as little as 1.36kg while offering up to an AMD Ryzen AI 7 processor. The laptops feature WUXGA anti-glare displays with up to an 88% screen-to-body ratio, MIL-STD-810H durability, and a 70Whr battery. Upgradeability is a core part of the design, with DDR5 memory and dual-SSD support available.
ASUS has also integrated AI-powered tools into the lineup. ExpertMeet provides real-time translation, automated meeting summaries, and advanced noise cancellation, while ExpertGuardian secures systems with TPM 2.0, BIOS safeguards, and Windows Secured-Core certification. The magnesium-aluminum build, reinforced chassis, spill-resistant keyboard, and shock-tested drives further emphasize reliability.
On the desktop side, the compact 8.6L ExpertCenter P500SV targets office and classroom use with up to an Intel Core i7 processor, optional discrete GPU, and support for 64GB DDR5 memory. Cooling is handled by copper heat pipes, keeping noise levels down to 30.8 dB, while energy-efficient fan controls and an 80 PLUS certified PSU improve efficiency. Expansion is straightforward with USB-C, USB-A, HDMI, DisplayPort, RJ45, and PCIe/M.2 slots.
Like the laptops, the P500SV also includes ExpertMeet and ExpertGuardian, along with IT support features such as five years of BIOS and driver updates.
Both devices underwent ASUS’s Superior Durability Tests, which cover 157 procedures beyond standard checks, as well as 28 trials under the U.S. military-grade MIL-STD-810H standard, including extreme temperature, vibration, dust, altitude, and explosive atmosphere simulations.
